These Backyard Safari Outfitters’ toys supply kids with endless hours of outdoor fun

Sebastian loves to be outside. He’ll easily spend over an hour poking around the yard with a stick. I don’t know what he’s looking for when he pokes around.. I’m just glad he’s occupying himself and is not in front of the TV. I love watching him tiddle around in the yard..

Review: Summer Playtime Fun with the Playmobil Wild Life Care Station

Madelyn and Sebastian were so excited when they saw the Playmobil Wild Life Care Station (amazon.com link). Both of my kids, ages 10 and 4, love this Playmobil set and let me tell you.. I love it too.. not only because it’s super cool but because it actually occupies both of my kids for longer than 15 minutes at a time. It’s a rarity that we have a toy that both kids enjoy playing with.. and playing together.. that’s even more rare!

What do your kids really play with?

Do you spend money on toys and games only to find them in the garage a couple of weeks later? For example, my 10 year old son really wanted Bakugan. He has several Bakugan and played with them quite a bit for about a week. Since then he doesn’t know where more than 2 of

Sept. 24 Must-Have: Duncan Pulse YoYo

My 10 year old loves yo-yo’s. I do to. The yo-yo is a classic toy that I had when I was a kid and it actually require some skill, unlike some toys and games kids have these days. I sound so old.. but I’m not, really! Not only the best light-up yo-yo on the market,

Madelyn, 3 years old, is at the age when she appreciates toys that require some level of creativity.
