When you enter a contest on TheMommyInsider.com you are agreeing to the following rules:

• “No Purchase Necessary”
• Entrants must meet eligibility requirements stated in the contest
• Deadlines are clearly stated in each contest. Entries received after the date will not be accepted. All timing is EST
• Winners will be selected random.org unless otherwise stated.
• The Mommy Insider reserves the right to change the product(s) being given away at any time during the contest if needed it required by the brand or PR company.
• TheMommyInsider.com cannot be held liable for prizes not received. Delivery of a prize can take anywhere 2-8 weeks.
• Winners are selected shortly after the contest ends, especially for time-based live events. Winners have 24 hours from time of notification to claim prize. Prizes not claimed after 24 hours will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
• The Mommy Insider has the right to use winner’s names and them for assisting the sponsor of prize for prize delivery. Winner’s name, phone number, email address, and mailing address may also be shared with the prize sponsor if these are necessary for the prize delivery.
• Entries gained by any other method than what is mentioned in the contest post will not be accepted.
• The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
