Colorful designer diaper bags in the $100-$200 range – What’s your favorite?

I love to carry a brightly colored ‘mommy bag’ in the summer time.  Despite the changing seasons and the fact that I shouldn’t be wearing dark clothes in the Spring and Summer, chances are I’m still wearing a lot of black and dull browns and grays because that’s what I feel comfortable in and I like to spice (cha pow!) up my outfit with a little burst of color and picking out the right diaper bag (or mommy bag) is a great way to accomplish some ‘spice’ without looking like I just rolled out of a gumball machine.  Because, after all, you know that’s what I will look like if I try to wear more than one color at a time.

Check out these bursting-with-color designer diaper bags; and what’s best about them besides their colorful beauty of course, is the price.  All of these bags are in the $100-$200 range and speaking from experience; will last forever.

The best bag on the block!

I am not one to spend hundreds of dollars on a handbag… but give me an all-in-one diaper bag, handbag, and laptop bag and I’ll give you the money! I am IN LOVE with this Mia Bossi ‘diaper bag’.

I put this bag to the test.  First of all, most of you know that I’ve got two kids, Madelyn is 10 months and Sebastian is seven years old. We are always on the go.. to Grandmother’s house, the doctor, the bookstore, grocery store, Target, Starbucks, etc. I’ve been using the same great diaper bag for months but when I received this Mia Bossi bag to review, I immediately switched all my ‘stuff’ into the bag.

Besides the beautiful design, the quality of the leather, and the accents, this bag has an incredible feature that you won’t find in other bags. When needed, you can easily convert this bag from a diaper bag to a handbag or laptop bag. The day after I received the Mia Bossi bag, I found a reason to take the diaper bag insert out and use the bag as a laptop bag. I felt like a celebrity when I walked into Starbucks! I’m not kidding.  I had three moms and two women ask me about the bag.

Mia Bossi offers several great styles for moms with all types of personalities and needs. I love the fact that I can use this bag long after I stop toting Madelyn’s stuff around and not feel like I am carrying a diaper bag.

I am thoroughly impressed with how much ‘stuff’ I can put in the bag. ‘Stuff’ includes: several diapers,  wipe case, toys, Sebastian’s Leapster, a bottle, snacks, telephone, wallet, a notebook,  two activity books for Sebastian and a few other things.

There are two outer pockets. One of which allows for easy access to my cell phone so I am no longer worried that I am going to miss an important call because I can’t find my phone.

O! Yikes Diaper Bags

This bag is great. It is the perfect size for parents who are on the go often. We’ve all tried to carry small diaper bags on these outings, but it just doesn’t work. The O! Yikes Messenger bag is great for these mini trips where we bring extra clothes, a few toys, a couple of bottles, several diapers, and other assorted things that we feel we have to have with us.

The O! Yikes messenger bag has tons of pockets inside and out. There is a cell phone pocket on the strap, a bottle holder pocket on the side and a pocket to hold a changing pad in the front (pictured to the left). The inside holds several diapers, a change of clothes, the toiletries bag that comes with the messenger bag, bottles, your wallet, wipes and much more.

The contemporary design and unique materials make this a diaper bag that can take a beating. Stylish enough for Mom and durable enough for Dad.
