What: The Holiday Ice Spectacular

When: December 16-24, 2010

Where: Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre | 2800 Cobb Galleria Parkway

This winter, you’re invited to a seasonal show-stopper like no other with world-class skaters and entertainers setting the ice on fire at The Holiday Ice Spectacular. Join the colorful cast as they create a glittering world of holiday cheer December 16-24 and let the quick-witted humor and dazzling performances captivate as these outstanding athletes take to the ice-covered stage at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.

Henry, a charming, yet mischievous elf has decided (against orders) to let the audience experience the wonder of the North Pole. He and his wife will keep you roaring in your seats with their adult-friendly comic relief peppered throughout the show. You’ll see everything from a Hannukah celebration to an intricate line dance performed on skates. Humorous vignettes, a 12-minute bite of The Nutcracker and flawless skating filled with awe-inspiring catches and gravity-defying leaps will keep you entranced throughout the entire production.

We would love to see the Holiday Ice Spectacular as my 7-yr old is into ballet and theatre and wants to be an artist of all stripes; and my 3-yr old son is so into anything that dances and sings and performs comedy.

I just moved to ATL in July and since we are just getting settled which is pretty close to the holidays, I feel that it will be a great opportunity for me and my kids to get a little relief from all of the moving from 200 miles to the major differences in the school. We would love to get the feel of ATL from this great Holiday Ice Spectacular.++my 3 year old would looove to see Santa and his family on stage..

I would love to go and take my daughters, as I think doing that promotes the Christmas spirit as a family during Christmas time and instills an everlasting bond. Memories that they will always remember and cherish. Promotes good values and priority of family!!

I would love to spend some quality time with my six year old. I have 4 children, and all the others are teens. So, quite often, we find activites that fit the majority, and she gets left out. I think this would be a perfect mommy and me activity, and a priceless memory for us both.

I would like to go to the Holiday Ice Spectacular because my husband and I both graduated in May with Bachelor degree’s as well as had our 3rd child the same weekend as our graduation and haven’t had the money or opportunity to celebrate our achievements. I think this would be an awesome surprise for my husband to celebrate.

I think my daughter would love all the color and fun! She’s really getting into Christmas this year.

This is awesome! I want to go because I love ice skating. My daughter keeps asking to take her to ice skating classes, but the nearest skating arena is pretty far, plus I can only take her on weekends. She would definitely enjoy this show.

The ice spectacular sounds amazing. My 4yo is just getting into (and understanding) some of the holiday spirit, especially with her Elf on the Shelf. This sounds like something she would love! Thank you!
