First Years Kickin’ Coaster + win one!

When Sebastian was an infant 9 years ago, I bought a kicking toy, back play mat thingy for him.  He laid on the floor and if he was lucky his feet would hit the little things that dangled down and activated some obnoxious noises.  I was so excited about it.  Sebastian however screamed when his kicks activated it.  It went back to the store the same day.  Tim laughed and laughed at me.

Kickin-coasterThe Kickin' Coaster from First Years is along the same concept but on a much more soothing, less obnoxious level.  The Kickin' Coaster is a baby seat and activity seat in one and is great for newborns and infants.  New babies kick a lot.  Sometimes on purpose and sometimes not.  The Kickin' Coaster gives your baby something in return for those active kicks, a fun smooth gliding movement, that is sure to delight them!

The seat also includes a stationary setting, perfect for soothing a baby to sleep with vibrations and twinkling lights.  With its soothing vibrations, playful songs
and lights, the Kickin Coaster provides fun, strengthening, educational
playtime for baby!

A few key features and benefits:

  • two seats in one: a soothing infant seat, and an active play seat
  • soothing vibrations
  • twinkle lights for visual tracking
  • removable teether rattle for infant play
  • teaches cause and effect
  • strengthens leg muscles

  1. This looks so much better than other seats like this! It does look easier for the baby to kick and get a reward!! 🙂

It requires one D and three AA batteries.

  2. I would LOVE to win the Kickin’ Cruiser for my Niece. She had her first child, a boy, on January 27th and had asked for one of those baby bouncer-things but this would be so much better for her little guy. Thanks for the chance to win one 🙂

  3. I am 26 years old and 10 weeks pregnant with my very first child. We have very little and with the economy in the state that it is in I fear we will have even less. It is hard times to even make due with the essentials needed for a newborn, let alone cool toys like this. It would be wonderful to be able to give our baby a great toy like the Kickin Coaster. I, but more importantly my baby, to be would be eternally greatful to win this very cool, very exciting new baby toy!

    **1 D and 3 AA (not included)

  4. I first saw this product about a year ago and thought it was the coolest ever. After 2 miscarriages and 1 infant death I gave up on the idea of a baby only to become pregnant last year. There were a few scares but everything went well and I delivered a healthy baby girl on 2/22/09. This is probably my last but I want to give her everything I can and would love for her to have this. I know she would love it and use it often. It’s a little pricey and since I’m currently not working I’d love to win it!

The kickin’ coaster takes 1 D and 3 AA batteries and they are not included 🙂

  5. I would love to win one for my newest daughter, who is three months and never stops moving her feet! She would love this, and I think I’d be entertained just watching her! The baby gear keeps getting cooler and cooler.

It takes one D and three AA batteries

    Thanks!

  6. My baby was very active in the womb I know a product like this will absolutely thrill her. The fact that it can also be an infant seat means that my baby can grow into it. For the additional entry, the seat takes one D and three AA batteries. Thanks!!

  7. I would soooooo love to win this. Our baby constantly has his feet going. There is no stopping this little guy. We have a bouncy seat but he kicks his little feet right into the box that holds the vibration device! That’s no fun! A co-worker has this and says it’s great. Batteries are 1 D and 3 AA. Thanks for this website!

  8. With my first son, he had the kick start gym. Funny thing is I would put him in a bouncer then try and place him perfectly in front of the kick start gym so he’d be comfortable. This kickin-coaster looks like it’s all in one! I’m so excited for my second son due in August to try this. It looks perfect with it’s soothing vibrating seat, fun noices that reward his kicks! It will definetly be on my list to get. If I could win one, that would be even more of a bonus!! Thanks to the First Years for putting it all together for the comfort of baby and mama 🙂

This kickin coaster requires 1 D and 3 AA batteries

  9. This is actually one of the first items my husband got excited about for our first son coming this July. He’s in to physical fitness and thought the Kickin Coaster would be a great way to encourage muscle development and coordination skills. I think it just looks like fun!

(this product requires 1 D and 3 AA batteries)

  10. I absolutely can’t wait for my little ones to get here and try out this cool infant seat! It looks so entertaining and with twins on the way I will need all the help I can get…not to mention needing to buy two of many items…WINNING this Kickin Coaster would be a GREAT help!! (requires 1 D & 3 AA batteries)

  11. My baby has ‘happy feet’ and loves kicking. This product also has other toys-cum-features to help keep him occupied so that I can have a little more time to myself while having him beside me.

Hmm . . . that is a unique battery requirement, but it looks like a cool toy that is definitely worth it.

I would LOVE to win one because my baby is definitely a kicker and I think she’d really enjoy it. Anything to keep her content is an amazing thing! :o)

  14. I agree that the bounching bears kicking toy just didn’t cut it, but this one will! Finally something actually better for the second child.
