Calling all new moms.. including me. I hate sweating, taking the time to exercise, and putting on my workout clothes.  I just don’t like it. I have tried several exercise programs and found that I wasn’t excited enough about them to get motivated to use them regularly.   That all changed with Sara Holliday’s Total Body Toning Workout DVD. 

Sara is a licensed marriage and family therapist and an expert in yoga, aerobics, martial arts and holistic health practices. This excerise program will not only give you extra energy through out the day, and strengthen your immune system, but it also targets the ‘trouble’ areas that new moms experience such as the abdomen, hips and upper arms.

I haven’t been using the DVD for 30 days yet but I will keep you posted as to how it goes. I can already tell a difference in my energy levels and muscle tone in my abdomen and I have been using the DVD 3x’s a week for 2 weeks.
